It hosts a living room consisting of a living room, a dining area and an open kitchen fully equipped, made to measure. This property also has a bedroom and a bathroom.

Benefiting from a high ceiling height, great brightness and many functional storage spaces, the living areas have been fully optimized thanks to the arrangements operated by the architects.

In a quiet street in the heart of the first district of Marseille, the apartment enjoys the dynamic environment of the Réformés district. The building benefits from proximity to all amenities, shops and local markets (Marché des Argonautes), restaurants, schools and cultural venues.

It is located a few minutes walk from the Saint-Charles train station; the Old Port and the historic district of Panier are 20 minutes by public transport (metro Réformés-Canebière and Saint-Charles, tram T2 and several bus lines).

This apartment was fully rehabilitated in 2021 by Intérieur Intérieur, an architecture and design studio. The designers wanted this living space to combine modern comfort and respect for the original character of the place. Some elements have been restored, such as the yellow and white checkerboard tiles on the floor, the doors and the glass-enclosed kitchen hood.

Every detail has been designed to combine functionality and aesthetics: the kitchen, closets and bookcases in the living room and bedroom have been custom-made. Inspired by professional kitchens and made of stainless steel, the kitchen illustrates this approach and contrasts with the worktop dressed in a white ceramic tile mosaic.

Natural light, generously captured, highlights these volumes where contemporary minimalism meets materials of character and a scenography of design objects. All the furniture has been mottled and selected by Intérieur Intérieur, offering a vintage selection as an additional range of colors and textures sublimating the spaces of the apartment.

Founded in 2019, Intérieur Intérieur is an interior design studio. With their training in fine arts, the two partners combine their skills in painting, sculpture, drawing and 3D modeling to carry out projects of renovation, restoration and rehabilitation of individual housing but also furniture design. This learning continues today to nourish their gaze on space, proportions, light and color.

The architects are committed to revealing the potential of each place by paying particular attention to materials, existing details and the balance between heritage and contemporary uses. They are guided by a desire to design sensitive, timeless and functional interiors. This approach allows them to carry out a variety of projects throughout France.
