Description

An invitation to travel through Eastern Paris

Beautifully renovated in 2018 by architect Hugo Toro, this apartment is an aesthete’s gem, offering its occupants total immersion in a world inspired by travel, just steps away from the Niemeyer space.

Located on the second floor of a Parisian building, the apartment spans 30 sq m (323 sq ft). Its layout follows a linear sequence of spaces and includes an entrance, a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a dressing area, and a shower room.

The apartment offers a level of quality and craftsmanship worthy of a luxury hotel suite. Its rooms are flooded with natural light thanks to a row of four large windows, providing unobstructed views of the famous dome of the headquarters of the French Communist Party, a masterpiece designed in 1972 by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer.

Designed in 2018, this exceptional apartment is now back on the market, with all built-in furnishings included in the sale.

The building is located in a vibrant neighborhood in Paris’s 10th arrondissement, between the Canal Saint-Martin, Place Sainte-Marthe, the Buttes-Chaumont and the Butte Bergeyre. It is conveniently served by Metro Line 2 at Colonel Fabien and Line 11 at Belleville.

A Cocoon of escape in the heart of Paris

A comprehensive renovation project

The apartment has undergone a complete and meticulous renovation. Its structure was reinforced with steel beams, while the floor and ceiling were acoustically insulated with soundproofing screeds. New double-glazed windows were also installed, providing optimal acoustic and thermal insulation.

The apartment offers a high level of comfort, with centrally controlled lighting and an integrated sound system with modulator, all of which can be operated via an app.
