Through the presentation of urban and architectural landscape projects, the exhibition reveals the necessary relationship between man and nature over the centuries. Visitors can discover a rich variety of achievements through a selection of paintings, engravings, maps, books, photographs and the presentation of plant-based tools, illustrating the efforts of Paris and other major cities to make urban areas greener and more sustainable.

The exhibition opens a debate on the future of ecological urban planning. Through the diverse mobilizations of architects, urban planners, ecologists and citizens, it highlights the importance of rethinking our relationship with the city. “Urban Natures” is a committed invitation to envisage a future where nature, architecture and urban planning coexist in harmony.
