Built in 1964 for a photographer and graphic designer, this house has retained all its original decor and fittings designed by the legendary design couple Janine Abraham and Dirk Jan Rol.

Characterised by a global approach combining architecture and interior design, the houses designed by Janine Abraham and Dirk Jan Rol offer luminous living spaces, energised by a contrasting palette of colours and textures, where architecture and furniture intermingle.
The house has retained all its original features: bench, platform and bookcase in the living room; cupboards and alcove in the dining room; beds, pull-out desks and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms…
Architecture and design in Situ :
At the invitation of Architecture de Collection, Adrien Jaïs (founder of Galerie Jaïs) is taking over the site for a photo shoot, displaying a selection of French design objects from the second half of the 20th century.

The scenographic approach of the curator and graphic designer Sophie Richter, combined with the photographic work of Ludovic Balay, encourages a dialogue between architecture and object, sublimating the spirit of synthesis of the arts that is characteristic of this exceptional venue.
