It is located 10 minutes from Fontainebleau, on the banks of the Seine. The commune has nursery and primary schools, and the SNCF train station connects to Paris Gare de Lyon in 40 minutes.
A monumental composition
Integrated into its landscape, this house features a geometric structure consisting of an assembly of staggered volumes along the slope. The lower blocks, arranged in a staircase, have been vegetated and support the impressive upper volume. This upper volume displays an oversized horizontal facade in white concrete and green metal panels, whose oblique lines create plays of shadow and light under the sun’s rays. The central entrance device highlights the symmetry of the overall composition and creates a theatrical appreciation of the architecture.
Inside, the living space has been arranged on the top level to take advantage of the panorama. It opens onto the unobstructed view of the river landscape on one side and the vegetation on the other. The various rooms, bright and airy, benefit from contemporary fittings in quality materials.
