Utopia

As with the visual arts, the avant-garde has never ceased to transform architecture, projecting it ahead of its time: experimentation with new forms of housing over the course of the 20th century bears witness to a history in motion that our own era is perpetuating. Bubble houses, sculptural architecture, organic villas, tiered urban developments, mobile homes…

These architectural utopias are all alternative ways of living that question the relationship between human beings and their habitat and environment.
