By 25 July 2024July 26th, 2024No Comments

Founded in 2007, the Art-0-Rama contemporary art fair showcases emerging national and international art galleries and artists. The 18th edition takes place from August 30 to September 1, 2024 at the Friche de la Belle de Mai, an emblematic third-party venue in the city of Marseille.

A not-to-be-missed event for all contemporary art enthusiasts and professionals, this year’s fair has the support of Architecture de Collection. After organising a number of meetings and events for collectors at the 2022 show, our agency will be joining the Cercle des Mécènes in 2024.

The show is distinguished by its commitment to innovation and the discovery of new talent. Each year, the work of designers, publishers, galleries and artists is selected by a committee of industry professionals to offer visitors an eclectic showcase of contemporary creation, ranging from painting and sculpture to video and multimedia installations.

The edition is punctuated by special projects, in situinstallations and performances by artists, transforming the spaces of the Belle de Mai into ephemeral places of creation. Throughout the show, meetings and conferences are organized to explore various questions and issues related to the world of contemporary art.

This year, Art-o-rama brings together 42 galleries and 17 publishers. The Salon Immatériel, a digital platform specifically dedicated to works of art, is renewed. The fair closes with a series of awards for promising young artists.

In 2023, the fair welcomed over 10,000 visitors, confirming its reputation as an international meeting place for contemporary art in all its forms.
