As part of its national expansion, Architecture de Collection – a unique project in France dedicated to promoting 20th and 21st century architecture – is looking for new professional premises in Paris.

Since its creation in 2007, the agency has been based in the Montorgueil district of Paris (at 21 rue Greneta, 75002), and is now looking for a site that is both flexible (able to accommodate its larger team and receive its clients and partners) and conducive to its image.

Our need: a hybrid venue

We are looking for a shared workspace in Paris:

  • 5 workstations in open space and/or closed offices
  • 1 separate office space dedicated to receiving clients and partners
  • Occasional access to a meeting room

Our project: to promote modern and contemporary architecture

Architecture de Collection is the first real estate agency exclusively dedicated to the remarkable architecture of the 20th and 21st centuries.

Based in Paris and Marseille, our team of property experts and art historians is active throughout France: we offer properties for sale that are valued as “works of architecture”, aimed at a clientele of discerning buyers who are passionate about art and architecture.

Our agency has created unprecedented bridges between the worlds of art and real estate, and is developing a growing network of designers (architects, designers, artists), galleries, companies and institutions committed to promoting domestic architecture and heritage.

The Archinovo Prize: France’s first prize for contemporary houses

Architecture de Collection also organises the Archinovo Prize, the first architecture prize dedicated to contemporary homes in France. Created in 2011 by Delphine Aboulker, co-founder of the agency, the prize is awarded every two years to highlight the latest developments in French construction of single-family homes.

Archinovo rewards architects’ homes and the agencies that designed them. It showcases the inventiveness of the young French architectural scene in terms of housing, by creating a regular meeting place for architectural innovation in the service of quality, comfort and well-being.
